Facilities – Stable

Banshee Ranch’s 24 stall barn is strategically located on the crest of a hill to catch the sweet East Texas breeze with a second 8 stall barn for those that like to stay out of the hustle and bustle. The construction is similar to barns at the Sam Houston Raceway; however, our barn offers an insulated roof, spacious tack rooms, and a restroom for our boarders and guests.

• Thirty two 12’ X 12’ stalls with sand floors
• Automatic waterers in every stall
• Individual rubber-matted stalls
• Individual fans provided
• Automatic flying insect control system
• Vet-check and farrier area with stocks
• Hydrotherapy wash rack, utilizing hot and cold water
• Weight scale
• Several tie areas as well as wash racks

Paddocks / Pastures:

• Banshee Ranch provides long turnout hours for your horse, you can choose night or day turnout. There are paddocks with nice shade trees located close to the barn.
• Each stalled horse has an individual turnout to cut down on lameness issues and bite marks.
• Pasture board is limited and located a short walk from the barn.

Board Rates:

All board options include:

Hay fed 3 times a day

Grain fed 2-3 times day depending on needs – Nutrena, not off brand.

Pasture Board is $450 per month

Full board  ($600/month) includes: individual fan, trailer parking, and tack spots, etc….
